Investor KITAS

• Your Investor KITAS is your passport to a 1 or 2-year adventure in the Indonesian investment landscape. It's your time to shine!
• This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
• Need more time? No worries! You can extend your Investor KITAS to keep the investment journey going. 

• Passport: Your passport should be valid for at least 18 months.
• Proof of Finance: Must be minimum (USD 2,000 or equivalent) in a 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
• Photo: You'll need a recent color photo of yourself.
• Work Rules: You are prohibited from doing work that is not in accordance with the residence permit.
• Investment Proof: Show that you own shares worth at least IDR 10,000,000,000 in a company approved by the Ministry of Investment.
• Company Legality: Have an official document from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights that confirms your company is legally established.
• Curriculum Vitae :  Provide your CV  as per experienced
• Travel Itinerary : Provide your itinerary plan during your travel to Indonesia
• Bank Statements: Provide your company's bank statements for the last 2 months to show financial stability (including name of the company, date of period, and balance account).

You are required to cancel your Stay Permit if you want to terminate it or change to a new visa:

• EPO (Exit Permit Only) is required if you are inside Indonesia.
• ERP (Exit Re-Entry) Permit is required if you are outside of Indonesia.
