• Stay Duration: Stay up to 5 years and extendable for a lifetime of your business.

A. Document from Applicant : 

• Application Form : Our application form.
• Passport : Your passport should be valid for at least 36 months.
• Photo: You'll need a recent color photo of yourself.
• Tax ID : Active Personal Tax ID
• Previous Length Of Stay :  Limited Stay Permit Card proving that the applicant has been living in Indonesia for the last 3 years at time of submission.
• Proof of finances : Must be minimum (USD 2,000 or equivalent) in a 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
• Residential Document : SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration)
• Company Legal Document : PMA Paper Legal Document
  
  

B. Company Legal Document (PMA) :

• Company Deed
• Other Legal Document such as SK Kemenkumham, NIB, Company Permit
• Company Letterhead and Stamp
• Company Tax ID
• Company Shareholder ID (Passport / KTP)

• Up to 60 Working Days

You are required to cancel your KITAP if you want to terminate it or change to a new visa:

• EPO (Exit Permit Only) is required if you are inside Indonesia.
• ERP (Exit Re-Entry) Permit is required if you are outside of Indonesia.
